'Lennox in Paris'

If you are interested in British composers, French composers, recordings, twentieth-century music or classical music at all, this project is for you! 'Lennox in Paris' CD, produced by Willowhayne Records, combines works by British composer Lennox Berkeley with his Parisian near-contemporaries Lili Boulanger and Francis Poulenc.

Monday 15 November - CD Launch 'Lennox in Paris', The Royal Over-Seas League, London, 6.30pm - note early start time

Over-Seas House, Park Pl, St James's St, London SW1A 1LR, which is walking distance from Green Park tube.

This is a launch recital for Emmanuel Bach's latest CD, with pianist Jenny Stern, featuring works by Lennox Berkeley, Lili Boulanger and Francis Poulenc. It pays homage to the rich cultural environment of Paris, between 1900 and the 1940s, in which all three composers worked, lived and developed. The evening will include drinks and snacks.
